tHE rOLE

Account Executive at News on 6 and Tulsa CW helps drive the “Ideal Team Player” culture.  As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling commercial airtime, programs, promotions, digital online, digital outdoor and TV production to existing advertisers and agencies located primarily in the Greater Tulsa area, as well as prospecting and securing new advertisers for all Griffin Communications properties.

 

Experience using strong people skills, organization skills, and the ability to diffuse tense negotiations and the ability to work in teams as well as individually. Looking for someone with drive, tenacity, self-starting initiative and empathy-ability to understand client problems and work toward solutions. Computer skills- proficient in Microsoft Office Products:  Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising with prior experience in related field preferred.  Knowledge of TV audience rating services is helpful.

 

This is a full-time position that will generally work Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
