THE ROLE

Human Resources Coordinator – Human Resources at Griffin helps drive the “Ideal Team Player” culture.  As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to interact and develop relationships across the organization as well as provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.  Working closely with the Directors of Human Resources in OKC and Tulsa this position will work in a generalist capacity assisting in various research projects, wellness initiatives, company events, recruitment, HRIS, records management, benefits and administrative functions.

 

Experience using Word, Excel and Power Point is a must as is the ability to work effortlessly with people, be an employee advocate, solve problems, listen and communicate effectively, both verbal and written.  A Bachelor’s degree in a human resource related field is preferred but related experience will be evaluated by Griffin and may be substituted based on experience in the human resource field.

 

This is a full-time position that will generally work Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and will require travel between Oklahoma City and Tulsa.
