1. Attendance was 711 different persons registered for one or more events.
  • 240 for Thursday Student Day luncheon with Keynote speaker Governor Kevin Stitt. (Set a record)
  • 100 for Thursday buffet dinner with musical artist James Slater.

Annual Elections

The annual elections of the Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters will be held during the Annual Membership Meeting of the Association at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 5, 2019, at the Skirvin Hotel in Oklahoma City.

The nominating committee will set forth the following nominees to serve on the Board of Directors:

For 3-year board positions:

  • Jon Phillips, Area President, iHeartMedia Markets Group, Oklahoma City/Tulsa
  • Kevin Potter, President/General Manager, KWON/KYFM/KRIG/KPGM, Bartlesville
  • Wes Milbourn, President/General Manager, KFOR-TV/KAUT-TV, Oklahoma City
